The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has partnered with Appraid Tech and Vector Informatik to prepare trainees and graduates for the Vector Certified Embedded Associate (CEA) certification, a specialized program in automotive embedded software offered by Vector.
The certification equips graduates with the skills to support complex Automotive Open System Architecture (AUTOSAR) projects. AUTOSAR is an industry standard developed by leading automotive manufacturers and suppliers to create a reference architecture for Electronic Control Unit (ECU) software, which is essential for managing the increasing complexity of modern vehicle systems.
As part of this collaboration, a dedicated lab has been set up at NTI Smart Village premises, fully equipped with Vector’s advanced tools. The lab provides hands-on training for trainees and graduates, specifically those of the Digital Egypt Youth – Egypt Makes Electronics (DEY-EME) program, to help them achieve CEA certification. The partnership also allows for the transfer of specialized knowledge through direct interaction with Appraid Tech experts, who offer practical training and mentorship to the participants.
NTI, a key training arm of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), is an esteemed institution that provides high-quality educational and training services for both local and regional markets. The institute boasts advanced laboratories and has been accredited by Cisco Systems as a Cisco Academy Training Center (CATC) for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
